Greetings to all Richmond area SOC Members. Just a note to inform you that there is now a new Richmond VA SOC Chapter. Our chapter will now be SOC #164. please modify your profile so that we may contact you on upcoming events.
BTW my name is Keith Hicks and I'll be the Regional Vice President, Virginia State Chapter - so if you have any questions or comments or suggestions I invite you to contact me. I would also ask you to invite another rider so we can increase our chapter membership.
Next weekend July 11 we will be riding to Virginia Beach for Sunrise Cycles bike day along with riders from the Northern chapters and our illustrious leader Stone will be along for the ride as well...LOL. We will be meeting at the rest area on I64 East just past the 295/I64 interchange. We will meet there between 11am and 1130am for a departure time of 1130am.
Hope to meet everyone there!

OK, OK...make that three bikes! SWMBO and I had a chat...looks like I am 90% certain of making the ride from Raleigh-Richmond-Norfolk IF (BIG IF) the weather holds... Spouse may want to drive her car up and overnight in Va Beach..so if the destination changes...post it quick! Reservations will have to be made if she (and daughter) come up. Williamsburg is good too. Our yearly passes just expired and we need to renew them.
