Q: Is the Suzuki
Owners Club of North America (SOC of NA) free to join? |
A: To join the SOC of NA
as a Associate Member, there are no dues, you can join
for FREE.
To join as a Full Club Member, there are annual dues.
To
register as an Associate Member, there are no membership dues.
However, to view all public
areas of the site and forums no registration is required. To Join SOC of NA is very
easy, all you need is access to your email, a PayPal account,
credit card or checking account. You can join here.

Q: What are the benefits of joining the
SOC of NA? |
A: There are many tangible and non-tangible
benefits available to full club members.

Q: Does the SOC of NA support any
charities? |
A: Yes, it is the SOC of NA's mission
to support causes that bring attention
to those stricken with the disease Lupus.
Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease where
the immune system becomes overactive and confused and
attacks the body's good tissue and organs. Lupus is a
lifelong disease - there is NO CURE! |

Q: I'd like to attend
SOC of NA events. Do I have to be a Full Club Member? Also, I
ride another manufacture brand of motorcycle, can I attend SOC
of NA events? |
A: We welcome all
motorcycle riders/owners, members and non-members, to attend
SOC of NA events regardless of their brand of motorcycle! |

Q: I'm having a problem with my motorcycle/my dealership/the manufacturer/etc. Can
SOC of NA get involved and help me? |
A: The Suzuki Owners
Club of North America (SOC of NA) is the Owners Club for Suzuki motorcyclists. SOC of NA generally does not get involved in product-related issues between motorcycle purchasers and retail dealerships, insurance companies, or manufacturers.
However, after an owner with
Full Club Membership status has exhausted all efforts to
resolve its' issue and is in need of a Third Party arbiter,
the SOC of NA will assist in anyway possible. |

affiliated with Suzuki? The Company? |
A: No, the SOC of NA is
not affiliated with Suzuki.

Q: I want to get my
dealer involved with the Club, how do I go about this? |
A: Introduce the
dealer to the Clubs websites.
Note: Once a dealer is added to
the system, Member Services will contact them by phone to
realize any interest the dealer may have in becoming a Participating
Dealer. Keep in mind, not all dealers have interest in
participating in owner related activities. Having said this,
Member Services will do what it can to get them on board. |

Q: What are "Suzuki
Bike Nights"? |
A: Suzuki
Bike Nights are once a month
gatherings of SOC of NA Members and Guests at your
local Suzuki Dealer.
These Special Nights give
Suzuki Owners a chance to talk shop with your dealers service
manager, service technicians, sales staff and customer service
representatives! You'll want to bring your friends and guests
to these events!! Have a friend in the market for a new bike?
Have they considered a Suzuki? If so, bring them to "Suzuki
Bike Nights"!!
"Suzuki
Nights" are sponsored and managed by your local Suzuki
Owners Club of North America Chapter Members.
